Alexandre Chivale has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of UEM, . He is a member of the Mozambican Bar Association.

Represents our clients in court (in the Supreme Court, in the Superior Courts of Appeal, Provincial and District Courts) from both the public and private sectors and international institutions, as well as legal advice in matters relating to banking and foreign exchange, commercial, corporate law , with the main focus on the negotiation and review of commercial and financing contracts, registration of investments and foreign exchange transactions with the Bank of Mozambique and the constitution of financial institutions.

Shipeni Thovela

Shipeni Thovela has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of UEM, .

He is a member of the Mozambican Bar Association. Lawyer with large experience in legal services in the field of natural resources, including negotiations of energy contracts with the Government of Mozambique. He assisted major energy projects hosted in Mozambique (Graphite, Gemstones, Petroleum). He had a brief stint in London, DLA Piper UK were he worked on energy/infrastructure projects (project finance).

Carla Matlombe

Shee has a law degree from the Universidade Politecnica. She is member of Mozambican Bar Association.

Assists clients providing legal advice to investors in Mozambique, especially in the setting up of companies, registration of commercial representations and NGOs, licensing of activities, preparation of opinions and memoranda and commercial assistance in general. Foreigners and several others of the same nature, in the importation of goods and others of the same nature, matters related to advising national and international clients on issues ranging from compliance with tax obligations and planning. It also assists clients in the area of insurance and insurance contracts, as well as in the preparation of “due diligences” in this context, providing regular advice to its clients on these matters. She is a specialist in the areas of Civil, Customs, Administrative, Criminal, Family and Succession Litigation.
